No account is required to shop with us. However, creating one allows you to view your order history and save your details for faster checkout next time.

Delivery
Do you ship outside Qatar?
Currently, we only ship within Qatar.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is free on all orders of QAR 500 or more. For orders below QAR 500, a flat fee of QAR 20 applies.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the following day.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our delivery partner will call before attempting delivery. If you're unavailable, we’ll arrange a new delivery time.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Refunds are available within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that the original delivery fee is non-refundable. In addition, a QAR 50 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +974 7755 6686, and we will arrange collection within 48 hours.
What should I do if something arrives damaged?
We’re truly sorry if an item arrives damaged. Please contact us at contact@kay-home.com or via WhatsApp at +974 7755 6686. We'll replace the item within 24 hours or issue a refund.
Gifting
Can I send a gift?
We can deliver orders directly to the gift recipient. We can also include a handwritten gift note at no extra cost. Simply write your message in the box provided at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How are the items packaged?
Our items are packaged in a Kay Home box. Our packaging is designed with both protection and presentation in mind, perfect for gifting or personal use.

Are your products handmade?
Each item description indicates whether it is handmade along with other key details. Slight variations may occur in handmade pieces, which is a natural result of the artisanal process.
How do I care for my ceramics?
Care instructions vary by item. Each product listing specifies whether it is safe for dishwasher and microwave use, or if it should be handwashed only.
