Standard Delivery
- QAR 20 on orders under QAR 500
- Free shipping on orders of QAR 500 or more
- Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the same day and orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the following day
Returns
- Refunds are available within 72 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- The original delivery fee is non-refundable
- A QAR 50 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase
