Kay Home is an online store based in Qatar. We currently deliver only within Doha, Qatar. These terms apply to all site visitors and customers.
Orders
- Orders are subject to availability
- You will receive confirmation once your order is placed
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors or suspected fraud
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include VAT where applicable
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cash on Delivery
- All card payments are processed securely
Shipping & Delivery
- Free delivery on orders of QAR 500 and above
- QAR 20 delivery fee applies to orders under QAR 500
- Orders are delivered the same day or next day
- If delivery fails, it will be rescheduled
Returns & Refunds
- You can request a return within 72 hours of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- A QAR 30 return service fee will be deducted from your refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
